Pixels to inches at 300 DPI divides the pixel count by 300 to get the maximum print dimension at professional quality. At 300 DPI, a print-quality image needs 300 pixels for every inch of print. Dividing your image's pixel dimensions by 300 tells you the maximum size it can print at full quality. For example, a 1200×1800 pixel image can print at 4×6 inches at 300 DPI.

- Divide each dimension by 300: Max print width = image width (px) ÷ 300. Max print height = image height (px) ÷ 300.
